Thursday Night's Social Lobster Dinner and CCI Awards Presentation at Pier 21

Location: Canadian Museum of Immigration Pier 21 | Ralph & Rose Chiodo Gallery | 1055 Marginal Rd, Halifax NS B3H4P7
The Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 in Halifax is in the historic site where almost one million immigrants landed in Canada from 1928 to 1971. Today, it shares the ongoing story of immigration, past and present, to Canada with its visitors.
What better place to host CCI National’s Thursday Night Social given that CCI is the national community of Canadian condo communities from across Canada.
Price:
- $100 Pier 21 Vegetarian Dinner (Chef’s choice)+ HST*
- $100 Pier 21 Barbequed Chicken Dinner (with all the trimmings to match the portions of lobster) + HST*
- $135 Pier 21 Lobster** Dinner (lobster ranging 1.4-1.7 lbs, average size 1.5 lb.) + HST*

Show your NLF Badge at the Pier 21 museum and you’ll be entitled to the group admission rate of $11.25 per person. The group rate will be honoured Friday, May 24 – Wednesday, June 5, 2024.
** Lobster Dinner will consist of: Clearwater locally caught lobster that is steamed in sea water (not boiled), pre-cracked, & served with drawn butter, corn on the cob, Lunenburg County potato salad, tangy coleslaw, country jars of dilled carrots, pickles and olives, fresh dinner rolls with butter, lobster bib & towelette (plastic, not paper) and traditional Annapolis Valley apple crisp for dessert with freshly brewed Starbucks coffee & Tazo teas.
NOTE: Due to the anticipated high demand for this social event and room capacity limits, CCI requests that members, chapter administrators, and sponsors limit their purchase to one ticket per social event. An email will be sent in mid-April to those registered for the NLF, allowing them to then purchase tickets for their non-member guests.

Friday Night's Social – A. Keith's Nova Scotia Brewery Tour and Social

Alexander Keith's is a brewery in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The brewery was founded in 1820 by Alexander Keith, who immigrated from Scotland three years before.
Join us for a one-hour tour of the brewery and enjoy an additional social hour filled with live music played by local musicians and listen to some popular east coast tunes.
Price:
- $50 per person (Includes the one-hour brewery tour, and an extra hour in the downstairs section of the brewery, The Stag’s Head Inn, where additional beverages can be shared while enjoying a mixture of live music played by their musicians and popular east coast tunes from the bar’s playlist. Appetizers will be served during this social hour).
