"Business Unusual" will take a look back to reflect and look froward to plan for the future. We’ve all experienced an unusual year but we are all ready to get back on track!

The LCCI is now official! One of CCI’s mandates has been to recognize professionals and trades who have demonstrated their expertise and volunteered their time in support of this industry. Join us and hear the details of this new designation and what it takes to become an LCCI.

We also want to hear from you and your chapter board members. Join the conversation. We want to know: Have you seen any notable changes in membership? How has membership delivery changed in your chapter over the course of the past year? How have you interacted with your members? Have you done anything differently? What does your chapter provide to its members? What else would your chapter like to bring to membership as an added value? What do your members bring to your chapter?

3:10 pm - 4:00 pm	“Chapters” with Benefits - Collaboration of Chapters *Sally Thompson,* Past President, CCI Toronto and Area Chapter Amanda Henry Dawna Matthews Donna Singbeil Being part of a National Organization has some perks. It connects us with other people who spend their time in the condo/strata sphere and opens the door to a bigger network. While many of our events and much of our education is focused at the Chapter level, that doesn’t mean that we can’t connect with other chapters to strengthen our own chapters and create value for all members. Join our panelists for a discussion of the benefits and considerations when embarking on a joint chapter initiative with other chapters.
