Dear CCI member,
We would like to inform you that Douglas Forbes, the Vice President of our institute, is going to take part in the webinar organized by FIABCI (international association of Real Estate professionals) World Council of Managers. This FIABCI professional division has already held 4 successful webinars in German and these webinars depicted and compared the situation in Condominium Management in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The upcoming webinar will be the third one in the series of webinars in English and is planned to continue the comparison of Condominium Management in the USA and Canada. Douglas Forbes represented Canada as a panelist in terms of the first and the second webinar and will do it this time as well.
You are welcome to take part in the webinar, as it will be useful not only for Condominium Managers as an education tool, but also, for example, for the potential investors, who are going to purchase the Condominium Unit in another country.
The webinar will take place on Monday, September 28th and the duration is from 12 PM EDT till approximately 1:30 PM EDT.

In order to help you to prepare for the webinar we are sending you the Questionnaire about principles of Condominium Management, which has been developed by Michael von Hauff, who is the president of World Council of Managers in FIABCI. This Questionnaire is the basis for the webinar, as the panelists discuss it chapter by chapter.
In addition, we attach the Michael von Hauff's lecture about international aspects of Residential Property Management. This lecture was held in Bern, Switzerland in 2012 and had a big success.
