Types of Membership
Condominium Corporations/Associations
This membership category is open to all Condominium Corporations or Associations. Each Corporation designates a person to be their "member representative" to receive all notices and communications from CCI. Individual owners whose Corporation/Association is a member are encourage to participate at all levels of the Chapter (e.g. seminars, volunteer, Chapter Board Member, etc.)
Professionals
This group includes all those individuals who earn a portion or all of their income from providing professional services to the condominium industry, for example, lawyers, accountants, engineers, property managers, real estate agents or brokers, appraisers, insurance brokers, etc. Professional members can, after two years, apply to become Associates of the Canadian Condominium Institute. If they are successful in meeting the qualifications and challenging the exam, these members are entitled to use the designation ACCI.
Individuals
Persons who have an interest in the condominium community can become individual members. This group of members includes condominium owners, authors, and professors.
Sponsors (Trades & Services)
Any corporation (other than one that would qualify for condominium or professional membership), partnership, sole proprietorship, government agency, investment firm, lending institution, advertising company, or other business entity involved in the condominium industry.
Each business designates a "member representative" to cast their vote and receive information from CCI.

Individual Condo Owner - $95.00
Condominium Corporation
- 1-20 units: $95.00
- 21-40 units: $125.00
- 41-60 units: $205.00
- 61-80 units: $280.00
- 81+ units: $350.00
Professional - $195.00
Sponsor - $195.00
Membership is from July 1 to June 30.
