President’s Message

Welcome to our newly renovated website!  We know that this site has not been very punctually updated in some time but it is our intention to ensure that this is a timely, useful resource for you. Please check it regularly for news on our upcoming seminars and events.

Condominiums become more and more important here.  The continued growth of the Saskatchewan economy and our real estate market, which has plateaued but remains at historically high price levels, mean that condominiums are going to become more and more popular among entry-level purchasers.  Simultaneously, we are seeing growth in high-end condominiums as well.  The demographics of condominium owners are becoming more diverse, with young singles and couples along with young families joining established and retired couples.

The need for condominium education is greater than ever.  This is why we exist:  combined with chapters across Canada (from British Columbia to Newfoundland & Labrador) and our national umbrella organization, we have unprecedented access to the shared experiences of our peers across the country – unit owners, board directors, and related professionals like property managers, lawyers, financial professionals, engineers, insurance professionals and the trades.

We promise to continue to provide you with access to information and resources to help you become a better condominium owner or director, a more knowledgeable related professional, or an educated first-time or prospective condominium buyer who wants to fully understand this intriguing and satisfying form of property ownership.
