Brief History

The Canadian Condominium Institute is an independent, non-profit organization with Chapters across Canada. The Ottawa Chapter was formed in 1983. It is sustained by a current membership of 424 condominium corporations, individuals, professionals and trades.

The purpose of the chapter is to assist its members in establishing and operating successful condominium corporations through education in the form of the Directors' Course and seminars held at various times throughout the year. The CCI publishes a quarterly newsletter titled "Condo Contact" which contains articles submitted by owners, professionals and trades within the condominium industry.
