Membership Types and Fees

The following definitions are utilized with regard to member classifications:

CONDOMINIUM
Condominium memberships shall be limited to any condominium corporation.

INDIVIDUAL
Individual memberships shall be limited to any owner or occupant of a condominium corporation and any other person interested in furthering the objects of CCI (Manitoba).

SPONSOR
General memberships shall be limited to any corporation (other than one that would qualify for Condominium Membership), partnership, sole proprietorship, government agency, investment firm, lending institution, insurance company, advertising company, development or construction firm or other business entity that is involved in the condominium industry.

PROFESSIONAL
Professional members are individuals where a portion of their income is derived from serving the condominium industry and are in professions as established by CCI (Manitoba) as eligible for A.C.C.I. designations now, and as may be revised by the board of directors of CCI (Manitoba) from time to time.

Admission as a Condominium, Individual, General or Professional member must be approved by the board of directors of CCI (Manitoba).

The membership period for CCI Manitoba is July 1st – June 30th. Applicants joining from July 1st to December 31st pay full fee to June 30th of the following year. Applicants joining from January 1st to March 31st pay 50% fee to June 30th. Applicants joining from April 1st to June 30th pay full fee for membership to June 30th of the following year.
