Loss of ACCI

The ACCI accreditation is the property of the Canadian Condominium Institute and may be revoked at the discretion of the National Board for such reasons as the Board may, in its sole discretion, determine are appropriate including, but not limited to:

a) Failure of the Associate to retain a professional membership;

b) Failure of the Associate to pay annual professional membership fees to the Local CCI Chapter;

c) A serious breach of the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct of CCI as determined by the National Board of Directors;

d) Disbarment or loss of membership in the professional governing body applicable to the associate's profession;

e) Conviction of the candidate of a criminal offence; or

f) Where the candidate has been found to have been substantially negligent in the performance of candidate's duties by a court of law.
